Returns

  1. The merchandise sold in the shop is generally NOT held in stock. We will place bulk orders close to the festival date, and your items will be available for collection or delivery by the festival weekend. We’ll send you an email to let you know when your items have arrived. If you order tickets, you should receive them immediately by email, subject to your payment completing successfully.
  2. Goods purchased from our online Shop must be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  3. All goods must be in original condition and complete with all original packaging – bag/box, internal packing, labels, tags etc.
  4. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office, or return unwanted goods by recorded/special delivery. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items lost or damaged in transit. 
  5. By completing and returning the Returns Form, you are agreeing that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these returns terms and conditions.
  6. Please ensure that you complete ALL sections of the Returns Form that was included with your delivery, and enclose it with your returns. You can download another Returns Form here if you require it.
  7. All the information requested on the Returns Form is required to process the refund or replacement – incomplete forms will result in a delay.
  8. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund on postage costs unless the goods were supplied incorrectly or are faulty.
